Your Role as a Field Application Specialist
As a Field Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of our Biomonitoring Sales teams across the APAC region. You will report to the Head of Commercial Applications and will be integral in executing Country/Region Strategy for BioMonitoring applications. Your key responsibilities include:
- Feasibility Trials & Application Studies: Conduct feasibility trials and application studies for our BioMonitoring products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Training & Support: Plan and conduct internal and external training sessions focused on BioMonitoring products and applications, providing technical support and demonstration as necessary.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed on regulatory guidelines including USP, EP, JP, and ISO standards relevant to the Pharma industry.
- Laboratory Management: Oversee the management of the application laboratory, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Manage laboratory equipment, documents, SOPs, and records efficiently to support seamless operations.
Who You Are
To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a relevant life science field. Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience: 3-5 years of laboratory experience in Microbiology testing, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), ideally within the F&B or Pharma industry.
- Knowledge Base: Comprehensive understanding of laboratory management and safety, as well as regulatory compliance in microbiology testing.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to shifting priorities and needs.
