Job Responsibilities

1. Senior Technical Assistant/Executive – Engineering (Process Instrumentation)

• Operate and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and sensor systems for injectable equipment.
• Perform shift, breakdown, and preventive maintenance on critical equipment like washing, filling, vessels, autoclaves, NVPC, and CIP/SIP systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards in maintenance activities.

2. Senior Technical Assistant/Executive – Process Mechanical Engineering

• Conduct maintenance for process equipment, including washing, tunnel, filling, capping, autoclaves, vessels, CIP/SIP skids, and lyophilizers.
• Manage shift operations and breakdown maintenance to ensure seamless production.
• Document maintenance activities as per regulatory requirements.

3. Senior Technical Assistant/Executive – Lyophilizer Operation & Maintenance

• Operate and monitor lyophilizers, ensuring proper cleaning and inspection.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and mechanical issues in lyophilizers.
• Maintain equipment uptime and compliance with aseptic standards.

4. Executive/Senior Executive – QA-IPQA

• Perform line clearance for washing, filling, sealing, and visual inspection processes.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in Grade A, B, C, and D clean room areas.
• Execute in-process quality checks to ensure product integrity.

5. Technical Assistant/Senior Technical Assistant – Production

• Operate equipment in aseptic areas, including lyophilizers, autoclaves, vial filling, washing, and sealing.
• Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Support production efficiency and quality standards.

6. Executive/Senior Executive – Aseptic Area Monitoring

• Monitor aseptic areas, environmental conditions, media fills, and solution preparation.
• Oversee lyophilization operations and BFS/infusion bag filling processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering Roles (Process Instrumentation, Mechanical, Lyophilizer):
  • Diploma or B.Tech in relevant engineering fields.
  • 4-8 years of experience in injectable manufacturing (preferred).
  • Expertise in PLC, SCADA, sensor troubleshooting, or lyophilizer operations.
• QA-IPQA Roles:
  • B.Pharma or M.Pharma.
  • 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance for injectable production.
• Production Roles:
  • Diploma, B.Sc., or B.Pharma.
  • 2-9 years of experience in aseptic area operations, lyophilization, or vial filling.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and regulatory compliance.
