Cognizant is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Team Lead-CDM/PV, focusing on Learning and Development within the PV domain. This role is based in Mumbai and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-caliber team that values collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Curate and create content aligned with instructional design principles. Reuse existing content and develop new materials as required by liaising with SMEs to ensure comprehensive learning coverage and defined outcomes.
- Training Plans: Create and update training plans, facilitating training sessions for associates on relevant topics.
- Periodic Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews and updates of training content to ensure it remains current and effective.
- User Experience: Ensure an effective user experience for overall learning solutions.
- Communication: Provide timely information and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule periodic reviews with TL-L&D Consulting & Solutions / TM-L&D Consulting & Solutions and other relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-5 years in PV ICSR processing, with a minimum of 1-2 years in training/mentoring. Additional experience in aggregate reporting, signal/risk management is beneficial.
- Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Ability to create engaging and effective training content.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management, or related fields.
