Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical study Coordinator (CTC) at MSD, you will be responsible for supporting the overall study and site management. This includes:
- Trial and Site Administration: This includes tracking crucial documents, updating clinical trial databases, managing clinical and non-clinical supplies, and ensuring that tracking and reporting tools are maintained on time.
- Document management includes preparing, distributing, and archiving clinical documentation, assisting with eTMF reconciliation, and carrying out quality control procedures.
- Regulatory and Site Start-Up: Working with other country roles to support site evaluation, start-up, and submissions, as well as assisting with submission package preparation for IRB/ERC and regulatory bodies.
- Budgeting, agreements, and payments: Collaborate with finance representatives to create, control, and monitor contracts and budgets, ensure financial compliance, and manage payments to investigators and vendors.
- Meeting planning includes organizing meetings, assisting local investigators, and handling study materials and documents.
Required Skills
Successful candidates will have:
- Fluency in the native language and business proficiency in English.
- A solid awareness of Global, Country, and Regional Clinical Research Guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with good documentation practices and IT abilities, notably in MS Office and clinical IT systems.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication abilities.
- ICH-GCP knowledge appropriate for the function.
- Excellent negotiating skills, particularly in the financial sector.
- The capacity to function efficiently in a multicultural, matrix setting.
