Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical data coding using MedDRA and WHODD dictionaries
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in adverse event and medication coding
• Support end-to-end clinical data management lifecycle (study start-up to database lock)
• Collaborate with clinical data management and pharmacovigilance teams
• Maintain coding quality as per ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines
• Work with EDC systems (preferably Veeva EDC) for data review and validation
• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely query resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3–12 years of experience in clinical data coding
• Strong expertise in:
  • MedDRA coding
  • WHO Drug Dictionary (WHODD)
• Good understanding of:
  • Clinical Data Management (CDM) processes
  • Clinical trial workflows and data standards
• Experience with Veeva EDC (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in hybrid/office setup and flexible shifts
