Key Responsibilities of the Global Project Manager
As a Global Project Manager at Cliantha Research, you will manage multiple clinical research projects, ensuring smooth operations and on-time completion. Here are your primary responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Monitoring:
- Create, plan, and monitor all project activities using the PM database.
- Ensure all project data remains accurate and up-to-date.
- Identify interdependencies and coordinate communication among functional areas.
- Managing Critical Path Activities:
- Recognize time-sensitive activities and alert relevant teams or management.
- Assist in ensuring projects align with milestones and FDA reporting requirements (e.g., CS-BE, FDA tables).
- Software and Database Support:
- Provide first-level support for software-related issues with the PM database.
- Document software issues and solutions, ensuring smooth operation.
- Training and Process Improvement:
- Offer basic training to end-users and provide cross-functional support.
- Solicit feedback to ensure the PM database meets organizational needs.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Management:
- Maintain records of completed analytical methods and bioequivalence studies on a monthly basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Open to fresher candidates with relevant knowledge of BA/BE studies.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines for conducting BA/BE studies.
- Ability to read and apply knowledge from technical manuals.
