About the Role

As a Project Manager I at Clario, you will lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivering eCOA studies supporting clinical trials worldwide. The role combines clinical project management, customer communication, study technology, risk management, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination.

The Project Manager will work with sponsors, vendors, sites, and internal operational teams to ensure studies meet agreed timelines, quality standards, budgets, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, execution, and closeout of eCOA clinical studies and programs.
• Gather sponsor and customer requirements and convert study requirements into actionable project plans.
• Develop, maintain, review, and manage essential study and project documentation.
• Coordinate distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management of clinical study devices and related equipment.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, study metrics, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure appropriate archival of study data, documentation, and project records in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Establish customer expectations and maintain proactive communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and overall study progress.
• Manage study financial activities, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and scope-change assessments.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Coordinate sponsors, vendors, sites, and cross-functional internal teams to meet contractual obligations.
• Lead internal and external discussions to resolve operational issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Use structured problem-solving techniques to address customer concerns and project challenges.
• Maintain issue trackers and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
• Present eCOA services and workflows during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and client presentations when required.
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new project management team members.
• Participate in departmental initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.

Qualification and Experience
