Job Responsibilities
1. Engineering Roles
- Automation: Manage and optimize automation systems to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
- Utility Maintenance: Oversee utility systems like HVAC, water treatment, and compressed air systems.
- Process Maintenance: Ensure the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing equipment.
2. Manufacturing Roles
- Aseptic Manufacturing: Handle processes like filling, sealing, and lyophilization in sterile environments.
Qualifications
Biocon Biologics™ seeks candidates with the following qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- M. Pharm, B. Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in relevant fields
- Experience Required: 2–10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Note: Freshers are not eligible for this hiring drive.
Skills Required
- Strong technical knowledge in automation, maintenance, or aseptic manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
