Job Responsibilities
1.Formulation: Analytical R&D (Topical Derma)
- Analytical Method Development and Validation: Create and validate analytical procedures to ensure the efficacy and safety of topical dermatological products.
- Routine Analysis: To ensure formulation quality, conduct routine analysis and dissolution testing.
- Instrument Handling: Use and maintain advanced instruments such as HPLC, GC, ICP-MS, and AMT to ensure reliable results.
- Documentation: Create full reports on analytical findings and guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.
2. Formulation Analytical R&D (Nasal)
- Analytical Method Development and Validation: Develop and validate procedures for nasal formulations to ensure they meet industry requirements.
- Instrument Expertise: Proficient in using Spraytec, SprayView, Cascade Impactor, HPLC, and other detection systems such as GC and UV.
- Forced Degradation Studies: Conduct forced degradation tests to uncover unknown contaminants and ensure product stability.
- Problem-Solving: To ensure research integrity, troubleshoot analytical challenges and solve problems autonomously.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of experience in Analytical Method Development and Validation.
- Experience in routine analysis and handling of advanced instruments is crucial.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of instruments relevant to the department.
- Ability to conduct degradation studies and identify impurities.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and independent troubleshooting skills.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
