Job Description

Role Summary:
Join our team as an Analyst in Microbiological Analytics operations. You will be responsible for conducting various microbiological tests on in-process samples, finished and semi-finished goods, and monitoring water and environmental samples.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety norms and use required PPE in the lab.
• Perform KCA Endotoxin tests for DP, DS & IP samples.
• Conduct KTA, GEL CLOT analysis for Line Clearance Buffers.
• Carry out MLT, Purity by plating & Bioburden Analysis.
• Update results in SAP, LIMS & submit documents on time.
• Participate in validation activities of BET, Sterility, Bioburden, and MLT.
• Prepare Disinfectant solutions and maintain Records.
• Perform culture maintenance and microbial identification tests.
• Maintain stock, qualify, and test Bioballs and Biological indicators.
• Conduct Growth promotion testing and Disinfectant efficacy testing.
• Update reagents stock and indent lab materials.
• Complete training on assigned documents in doc hub/talent hub within time.
• Follow aseptic techniques as per written procedures.
• Perform VLT analysis for LRA & protocol samples.
• Report calibration failures and incidents to the supervisor on time.
• Perform assigned activities as per the safety officer’s role.
• Sample and test purified water and environmental monitoring samples, preparing trends.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have experience in QC – Microbiology function for Biologics.
