As an Assoc Product Ops Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in documenting business and functional requirements.
- Support the translation of business needs into system solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain enterprise applications.
- Support system integrations across clinical, finance, procurement, and enterprise platforms.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and quality checks.
- Generate reports and dashboards for operational insights.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot routine application issues and escalate complex problems.
- Prepare user documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

- Related IT roles
