Responsibilities

As an Assistant/Deputy Manager in Quality Control-Investigations at Hetero Labs, you will:

• Conduct thorough investigations for OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Draft detailed technical reports, investigation summaries, and audit responses with clarity and precision.
• Perform and document quality risk assessments to maintain product integrity.
• Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and KF, ensuring proper qualification and calibration.
• Manage the investigation lifecycle and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for sustained compliance.
• Handle customer and regulatory audits, preparing timely and effective responses to observations.
• Uphold GMP and data integrity principles in an API manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: M.Sc in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 6-10 years in quality control, preferably in an API manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF) and expertise in instrument qualification, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory incident investigations, with experience in CAPA management.
• Audit Experience: Proven ability to handle customer and regulatory audits with effective responses.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting technical reports and audit responses.
• GMP Expertise: Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and data integrity principles.
