Designation: Research Associate (RA) / Senior Research Associate (SRA) / Associate Scientific Officer (ASO)
Work Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Set-Up and Execute Reactions: Prepare and conduct chemical reactions aimed at synthesizing target molecules or compounds.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Promote and adhere to good laboratory practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Data Integrity: Accurately document experimental results, maintain comprehensive records, and ensure data integrity.
- IP Specifications: Manage and handle intellectual property requirements in accordance with industry regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Candidates must hold an M.Sc. in Organic, Medicinal, or General Chemistry.
- Experience: 2-10 years of relevant work experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) setting.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in handling complex chemical synthesis processes.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
