Responsibilities:
- Accurately code medical records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnosis and documentation issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical coding.
- Relevant certification in medical coding.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
