Job Responsibilities
- Respond to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, sales representatives, and internal customers.
- Evaluate, analyze, and provide accurate, balanced, and timely medical information responses.
- Coordinate the preparation and updating of global Risk Management and Risk Evaluation Mitigation Plans.
- Research and interpret medical and scientific information.
- Create and peer review medical information documents, response documents, recall Q&As, bulletins, and related materials.
- Support cross-functional projects and departmental initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with adverse event and quality complaint reporting requirements.
- Maintain awareness of current therapeutics and medical information regulations.
- Provide scheduled on-call coverage and after-hours support for the DISPedia unit.
- Assist with reports and maintain product databases and files.
- Work in compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, safety, and company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have one of the following educational backgrounds:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
- B.Sc. or Diploma in a Health/Science-related discipline
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Arisg Safety Database, MedDRA, and Argus
- Familiarity with Embase and MLM databases
- Experience with online literature searching and review
- Ability to research, interpret, and communicate medical information accurately
