Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Research Groups to design and develop research proposals
• Identify and secure new grant opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive literature searches and gap analyses
• Network with researchers and collaborators to foster partnerships
• Assess risks and prepare detailed research summaries

Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent
• MBA in Pharma/Healthcare Management (preferred)
• Proven experience leading clinical research projects
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research methodology and regulations

Skills

• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and computing abilities
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach

Compensation

• CTC: ₹15-25 LPA (based on experience)
