1. Project Associate (Medico-MarComm)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with key client contacts.
• Understand clients’ businesses and healthcare industry operations.
• Handle client requests and convert them into clear internal briefs.
• Obtain client sign-off at relevant project stages.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, involving the Team Lead when required.
• Ensure contact reports for key meetings and calls are issued to clients within 24–48 hours.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, job records, and administrative procedures.
• Support task prioritization within the team to meet deadlines.
• Prepare research and background information for briefs, pitches, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Design and Content teams to manage client requirements and project timelines.
• Identify and progress new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate job records.
• Prepare accurate and timely invoices and address billing or financial queries.
• Mentor new team members in project financial management.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or a Science-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong healthcare market knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure.

• Prepare medical writing deliverables across various therapeutic areas.
• Develop scientific and regulatory documents including:

  • Clinical Study Reports (CSR)
  • Manuscripts
  • Abstracts
  • Review articles
  • Medico-marketing content
• Create medico-marketing materials such as:
  • LBLs
  • Posters
  • Newsletters
  • KOL case studies and opinion booklets
  • Product monographs
  • Guideline booklets
  • Handbooks and compendiums
  • Customized journals
  • Conference abstract booklets
  • Yearbooks
  • CME decks and case studies
• Conduct literature searches and systematic reviews.
• Ensure deliverables comply with ICH-GCP guidelines and global publication practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, authors, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to improving medical writing capabilities and processes.
• Draft Health Economic Outcome Research (HEOR) articles as a preferred skill.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of medical writing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare sector, or CRO.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Science-related fields.
• B.Pharm and M.Pharm are listed under the educational qualifications.
• Any doctorate is also listed.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of business processes and stakeholder management.
