🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Execute method development and qualification of lot release and functional assays
- Perform analysis of samples and ensure timely recording, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare master and working cell banks
- Present development study results in group meetings and technical forums
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams for biosimilar development projects
- Maintain laboratory records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Support maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments
- Manage inventory of chemicals and consumables
- Follow laboratory safety practices and participate in quality initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in cell-based assays and ligand-binding assays
- Experience in method development and assay qualification
- Preferred: exposure to SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) and FACS
- Strong skills in experimental design, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
