- Research Associate to Senior Research Executive
- Experience: 2 to 15 Years
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) / Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry)
ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory)
- Research Associate to Senior Research Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities in API pharmaceuticals
- Perform chemical synthesis and process optimization (CRD roles)
- Handle analytical method development and validation (ADL roles)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in relevant chemistry fields
- Hands-on experience in API research, synthesis, or analytical development
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and laboratory practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
