Key Responsibilities
As a Scientific Communications Specialist, you will:
- Support the Scientific Writing Squad in delivering publications and medical education materials.
- Assist with the development of scope of work, project planning, and scheduling.
- Coordinate key internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Track project activities, risks, and compliance follow-ups.
- Support submission, approvals, and compliance processes (FUSE, GMA, Datavision).
- Manage budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor approvals.
- Liaise with writers, internal customers, and external partners.
- Contribute to process improvements in publication and medical education workflows.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Life Sciences (postgraduate preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Exposure to medical communication, publications, or pharma project management desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of compliance tools (Datavision, FUSE) preferred.
Other requirements:
- Willingness to travel (domestic/international).
- Flexibility to work off-hours or holidays if required.
