Available Positions:
A. CRD Research Associate (Discovery Chemistry)
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 4-5 years (CRO experience preferred)
- Location: Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct multi-step organic synthesis (mg to gram scale).
- Perform isolation, purification, and characterization of organic compounds.
- Operate analytical instruments (NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC).
- Maintain compliance with lab protocols and safety standards.
B. FAD Research Associate (Formulation & Analytical Development)
- Qualification: M.Pharmacy (Analytical) / M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 3-4 years (Formulation experience required)
- Location: Balanagar, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytical method development & validation (HPLC, UV-Vis, KF Titration).
- Stability testing as per ICH/USP/BP guidelines.
- Prepare reports, protocols, and SOPs.
- Ensure GLP compliance in lab operations.

3. Eligibility Criteria
For CRD Research Associate:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with 4-5 years of CRO experience.
- Hands-on experience in spectroscopy techniques (NMR, LCMS, HPLC).

For FAD Research Associate:
- M.Pharmacy (Analytical) or M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry) with 3-4 years of experience.
- Expertise in dissolution testing, method validation, and stability studies.
- Proficiency in Empower Chromatography Software is a plus.
