Job Responsibilities

Depending on the department, responsibilities for pharmaceutical jobs in Dehradun include:

• Production:
  • Operate and maintain equipment for manufacturing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing of oral liquids, ointments, and injectables.
  • Manage boiler, ETP, water systems, and lyophilizers for efficient production.
  • Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP standards during manufacturing processes.
• Quality Assurance (QA/CQA):
  • Conduct in-process quality assurance (IPQA), equipment qualification, and validation.
  • Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Document processes and perform audits to uphold product quality.
• Quality Control (QC):
  • Perform chemical, instrumentation (HPLC/GC/IR), and documentation tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for testing and analysis.
  • Validate product quality through rigorous testing protocols.
• Engineering:
  • Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and plant utilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support plant operations with technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.
• HR & Others:
  • Manage recruitment, employee relations, and plant operations (HR roles).
  • Oversee housekeeping, change room operations, and environmental health and safety (EHS).
  • Support administrative and supervisory tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

To qualify for these pharmaceutical jobs in Dehradun, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Production:
  • Operator: 10th/12th, ITI, or Diploma with 2–6 years of experience in tablet, capsule, injection, liquid, or ointment manufacturing.
  • Jr. Officer/Officer: B.Pharm/M.Pharm with 1–5 years of experience in OSD manufacturing, liquid, or injectable production.
• QA/CQA:
  • B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 1–5 years of experience in IPQA, QMS, validation, or equipment qualification.
• QC:
  • B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm with 1–9 years of experience in GLP, chemical analysis, or instrumentation (HPLC/GC/IR).
• Engineering:
  • Fitter/Operator/Technician: ITI/Diploma with 1–5 years of experience in electrician, fitter, or HVAC roles.
  • Officer/Executive: B.Tech (Electrical) with 2–6 years of experience in plant maintenance or utilities.
• HR & Others:
  • Supervisor: 10th/12th/Diploma with 1–5 years of experience in housekeeping or change room operations.
  • HR Roles: BBA/MBA with 1–8 years of experience in recruitment, EHS, or plant operations.
  • Freshers: Candidates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
