Position Overview
The CTT Team Member will support clinical trial transparency activities for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biologics trials. Responsibilities include preparing clinical trial registry submissions, authoring plain-language summaries, redacting confidential information from clinical documents, and tracking disclosure compliance.
The role also offers opportunities to contribute subject-matter expertise to AI-powered tools for clinical trial transparency and document writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical trial protocol registration and results posting for drug, device, and biologics trials.
- Redact and anonymize clinical and non-clinical documents to remove personally identifiable information (PII) and company confidential information (CCI).
- Write plain-language summaries of clinical trial protocols and results for disclosure.
- Review documents and content as part of quality control processes.
- Manage timelines and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support regulatory compliance.
- Track active clinical trials and maintain records of disclosure activities and compliance.
- Support AI development for clinical trial transparency document writing as a subject-matter expert.
- Assist with US and international clinical trial registry and results database postings.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a commercial discipline.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
