As a Live Chat Associate โ CTMS Support, youโll be the first point of contact for global clinical teams, helping them troubleshoot system issues, manage data queries, and ensure smooth operation of clinical trial processes.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical trial management systems while supporting cutting-edge research projects worldwide.
๐ Key Responsibilities
- Provide live chat and email support for CTMS users globally.
- Resolve user queries, technical issues, and data discrepancies in real-time.
- Collaborate with internal IT and Clinical Operations teams to ensure system uptime.
- Maintain accurate logs and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support documentation and knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and data privacy standards.

- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Skills: Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and technical aptitude.
