Roles and Responsibilities:
- Production:
- Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Monitor production processes and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate quality assurance documentation.
- Quality Control (QC):
- Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure all testing complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
- Document and interpret test results.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Investigate and report any deviations or out-of-specification results.
- Research & Development (R&D):
- Assist in the development of new pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct experiments and trials under the supervision of senior scientists.
- Document research findings and maintain accurate lab records.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve existing products.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong academic record.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
