Job Description:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System within the Probiotics or Non-Aseptic manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure proper closure.
- Conduct plant rounds to monitor production operations and ensure quality conformance to specifications.
- Check documents such as equipment logbooks, temperature, and humidity records.
- Collect in-process and finished samples as per specifications and protocols.
- Supervise RM/PM sampling and dispensing procedures.
- Perform machine line clearance in the production area.
