📋 Job Description (PV – MICC Role)
As a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
✔ Handling medical inquiries via voicemail, phone, email, fax, or mail
✔ Updating Voicemail Tracker with accurate documentation
✔ Managing product complaints as per Clinevo MICC Tool Convention Guide
✔ Generating reports for inbound medical inquiries
✔ Documenting Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs)
✔ Maintaining Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all safety data entries
✔ Triaging and attaching AEM forms/source documents correctly
✔ Addressing queries using FAQs and updated product labeling
✔ Ensuring compliance with global PV regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.)
🔍 Skills & Competencies Required
✅ Strong communication & documentation skills
✅ In-depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance workflows
✅ Familiarity with regulatory safety reporting standards (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP)
✅ Ability to work in night shifts (mandatory)
✅ Attention to detail & ability to handle sensitive medical data
