Educational Qualification

Required Skills
Applicants should have practical knowledge of:
- Pretreatment processes including softener operation and regeneration
- CIP of UF and RO membranes
- Generation and operation of PW & WFI systems
- Sanitization of PW & WFI storage tanks and distribution systems
- Pure Steam Generator operation
- Troubleshooting water system equipment
- Preventive maintenance activities
- GMP documentation
- Operation logbooks and record maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pharmaceutical water systems.
- Maintain PW, WFI and Pure Steam systems.
- Perform routine sanitization and preventive maintenance.
- Handle membrane cleaning and regeneration activities.
- Maintain GMP documentation and operational records.
- Support smooth operation of manufacturing utilities.
Position 2: HVAC Executive โ Documentation
Experience

Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Related Mechanical Engineering discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and maintain HVAC documentation.
- Handle qualification and validation documentation.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records.
- Prepare and review SOPs, logbooks and engineering documents.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate documentation activities with Engineering, Production and QA departments.
- Maintain document control and ensure timely document updates.
