Job Role:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing the best resolutions to customer inquiries and issues. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment. The position involves working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective resolutions to customer queries.
- Work in 24×7 shifts.
- Adhere to a 6-day working schedule with 1 rotational week off.
