Alexion Data Steward
The role involves maintaining healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization (HCO) data quality across CRM and MDM systems, processing data change requests, managing territory structures, and supporting reporting and data integration initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Process Data Change Requests (DCRs) for healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations using external sources and databases for validation.
- Identify and implement data quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage territory alignment and MCCP activities in Veeva Align, including territory structures, hierarchies, customer assignments, and business-driven realignments.
- Support testing for consent management, data quality, and data integration initiatives.
- Perform mass data uploads, data cleansing, data enrichment, and data updates.
- Match and merge healthcare master data records after validation.
- Provide ad hoc data analysis and data extracts in response to distribution list requests and ServiceNow tickets.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports using Power BI dashboards.
- Monitor data accuracy and consistency across MDM, CRM, and other databases.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for AI-based workflow automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet requirements and delivery timelines.
- Mentor and train less experienced team members.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to maintain alignment with business processes and data standards.
