Job Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in the F&D – OSD department, you will play a crucial role in the development of oral solid dosage formulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research and formulation development for OSD products.
- Designing experiments and optimizing processes for product development.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
- Documenting results and maintaining accurate records as per regulatory guidelines.
- Supporting the transfer of formulations from R&D to manufacturing.
Qualification
To qualify for the Research Associate position, candidates must possess:
- A B.Pharma or M.Pharma degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Formulation & Development (F&D) of OSD products.
