Job Responsibilities

As a Research Associate in the F&D – OSD department, you will play a crucial role in the development of oral solid dosage formulations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research and formulation development for OSD products.
• Designing experiments and optimizing processes for product development.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
• Documenting results and maintaining accurate records as per regulatory guidelines.
• Supporting the transfer of formulations from R&D to manufacturing.

Qualification

To qualify for the Research Associate position, candidates must possess:

• A B.Pharma or M.Pharma degree from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Formulation & Development (F&D) of OSD products.
