Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – Immunogenicity (R&D Biotechnology)
Qualification:
M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology/Biochemistry
Experience:
2–6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform study sample analysis for all pipeline products.
- Isolate PBMC from whole blood and maintain commercial cell lines.
- Compile, analyze, and ensure the quality and statistical integrity of data.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method Development Reports (MDR), and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP).
- Operate and maintain the analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations.
- Handle and maintain Flow Cytometry, Multiplex, ELISPOT, and other instruments.
Position: Manager / Sr. Executive – Molecular Biology & Cell Line Development (R&D Biotechnology)
Qualification:
Ph.D. or Master’s in Biotechnology
Experience:
6–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with mammalian and microbial cell culture and molecular biology techniques.
- Expertise in therapeutic protein expression and purification using E. coli and yeast expression systems.
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques like cloning, primer design, and expression vector generation.
- Experience in stable monoclonal cell line generation for mAb/therapeutic protein production.
- Skilled in single-cell cloning, fed batch studies, and cell bank preparation and characterization.
- Strong documentation skills for LNB and ELN-specific formats, and ability to troubleshoot and design experiments.
Position: Executive – Analytical Development (R&D Biotechnology)
Qualification:
M.Sc. / M.Tech in Biotechnology/Biochemistry
Experience:
1–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HPLC-based methods for protein and peptide products.
- Design and implement integrated analytical strategies to assess product-related variants and impurities.
- Apply novel sample preparation techniques, with a focus on RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, and CEX-HPLC.
- Create workflows to measure and characterize impurities such as Host Cell Protein (HCP), Host Cell DNA (HCD), and leachables.
- Prepare and review method development reports (MDR) and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP).
- Maintain analytical laboratories in compliance with GLP regulations.
