Role Description:
Strides is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role will involve responsibilities such as compiling Product Quality Review reports, evaluating significant trends, preparing and executing APQR plans, and participating in the qualification of relevant software and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and review Product Quality Review reports.
- Evaluate and analyze significant trends in product quality.
- Prepare and execute Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) plans.
- Involve in the qualification of relevant software and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform quality auditing and ensure compliance with Good Practices and Data Integrity standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Product Quality Review, IPQA, QMS, Qualification, or AQA.
- Experience in quality auditing.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge and practice of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Data Integrity principles.
