We are currently seeking candidates for various positions in Maintenance and Production for our Formulation (OSD/API) unit.

Positions Available:

1. Production Documentation [API]

• Designation: Officer / Executive
• Responsibilities:
  • Online BPCR Verification & Preparation
  • Equipment usage for book review
  • SAP entries
  • Thorough knowledge of Deviations & Change Control
  • Indent management
  • Follow validation protocols (Process/Cleaning)
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and intermediates
  • Adherence to CGMP and GMP processes

1. Production [API]

• Designation: Chemist / Senior Chemist / Officer
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct production activities as per SOPs and safety norms
  • Handle equipment like Reactors, ANFS, Centrifuges, FBD, Miller, Sifter
  • Work in cleanrooms
  • Adherence to CGMP and GMP processes

1. Operators

• Designation: Technician / Senior Technician / Associate / Senior Associate
• Responsibilities:
  • Handle pharmaceutical manufacturing machines
  • Operate and clean machines for granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, and packing
  • Expertise in FMG, Sejong, FBD, BQS, Hi Cart, AWC, Auto Coater
  • Work in shifts
  • Good communication skills (Read, Write, Speak in English)
  • Adherence to CGMP and GMP processes
  • Preferable Male Candidates

1. Staff

• Designation: Chemist / Senior Chemist / Officer / Executive
• Responsibilities:
  • Handle manufacturing machines for granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, packing
  • Manage manpower, shift planning, and report generation
  • Expertise in RMG, Sejong, FBD, BQS, Hi Cart, AWC, Auto Coater
  • BMR handling and documentation
  • Audit exposure
  • Good communication skills
  • Adherence to CGMP and GMP processes
  • Work in shifts
  • Preferable Male Candidates

1. Production Documentation

• Designation: Chemist / Senior Chemist / Officer / Executive
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage production documentation (Formulation)
  • Handle incidents, deviations, change control, equipment validation
  • Handle audits and SOP preparation
  • Provide SOP training
  • Expertise in RMG, Sejong, FBD, BQS, Hi Cart, AWC, Auto Coater
  • BMR handling and documentation
  • Audit exposure
  • Good communication skills
  • Adherence to CGMP and GMP processes

1. PPIC

• Designation: Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
• Responsibilities:
  • Production planning as per targets
  • Optimum utilization of man, machine, and materials
  • Raw and packing material indenting
  • Material follow-up with purchase
  • Experience in contract and third-party manufacturing
  • Coordination with internal departments for batch execution
  • Maintain and update data for batch and production tracking
  • Enhance production capacities and follow-up with clients
  • Regular update of charts and MIS
  • Inventory management
  • Adherence to batch schedules

1. Maintenance

• Designation: Electrician / Fitters / Officer / Executive
• Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical
• Experience: 5 to 10 years
• Key Skills:
  • Maintenance of utilities (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boiler)
  • Instrumentation and calibrations
  • Experience as a fitter and in electrical wiring in the manufacturing industry
