Role Overview: As a Senior Associate in Scientific Writing, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop, review, and manage high-quality, scientifically accurate content for various medical and marketing materials. Your expertise will support the creation of promotional literature and medico-marketing solutions for diverse audiences, including physicians, pharmacists, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project management teams to understand project requirements and devise content plans tailored to target audiences.
- Lead the creation and review of scientific content for promotional emails, brochures, newsletters, monographs, websites, social media, and more.
- Provide clear direction to graphic designers for developing visuals and interactive materials.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all content while adhering to defined timelines.
- Engage in project planning and uphold high standards of quality and comprehensiveness in all deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings, training programs, and contribute to peer reviews.
- Guide and mentor team members to maintain project consistency and completeness.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in pharmaceutical marketing and at least 3 years in content development and reviewing for promotional content.
- Skills: Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with medico-legal-regulatory processes and experience with systems like Veeva Vault/ZINC is preferred.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of medical fields or specialties and the ability to stay updated on scientific trends.
- Attributes: Passion for writing, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.
