Roles & Responsibilities
Store
- Manage store operations and inventory records.
- Coordinate material receipt and issue.
- Maintain documentation and ERP entries.
HR & Admin
- Handle recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Manage attendance, payroll inputs and leave records.
- Ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain HR documentation and audit records.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform QMS and validation-related activities.
- Handle CAPA, OOS and OOT independently.
- Prepare SOPs and validation protocols.
Quality Control (Chemical)
- Operate HPLC, TOC and UV Spectrophotometer.
- Perform chemical analysis.
- Follow QMS, GLP and GDP practices.
Production
- Manage production documentation.
- Supervise skilled and unskilled manpower.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP practices and aseptic behaviour.
Packing
- Supervise packing operations.
- Allocate manpower efficiently.
- Maintain production and packing reports.
Dispatch
- Prepare dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate timely delivery of finished goods.
- Ensure GMP/GDP compliance during dispatch.
Important Eligibility Criteria
- Dry Powder Injection experience is mandatory where applicable.
- Freshers are eligible only for positions specifically mentioned as Fresher in the notification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, MS Word and ERP knowledge is desirable for applicable roles.
