Associate Investigator Grants Analyst – AIGA

The Associate Investigator Grants Analyst prepares, reviews, and finalizes global investigator grant budgets and payment schedule terms and conditions for multiple studies. The position also works with clients, local teams, internal functional teams, and Contract Specialists to support grant development and negotiation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing investigator grant budget grids for applicable countries and assigned studies.
  • Coordinate with therapeutic and operational subject matter experts for grant development.
  • Draft payment terms and condition templates for investigator grant budget grids.
  • Coordinate internal and external approvals and feedback.
  • Support escalations with external clients concerning investigator budget development and negotiation parameters.
  • Provide approved investigator grant grids and payment schedules to local teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with investigator grant activities.
  • Ensure investigator budget negotiation processes align with site activation timelines.
  • Adhere to company target cycle times for site activations.
  • Complete required tracking and reporting activities.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the role, comparable to 0–2 years.
  • A combination of appropriate education, training, and directly related experience may be considered as an equivalency in some cases.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of investigator grant template drafting.
  • Ability to review and analyze protocol schedules of events.
  • Ability to draft applicable budget grids and payment schedules.
  • Basic understanding of pharmaceutical product development and CRO involvement.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
