Roles & Responsibilities
HR & Admin
- Manage end-to-end HR operations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs and attendance.
- Maintain statutory compliance and HR records.
- Support audit documentation.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform QMS, validation and qualification activities.
- Handle CAPA, OOS and OOT independently.
- Prepare SOPs and protocols.
- Support compliance documentation.
Quality Control (Chemical)
- Operate HPLC, TOC, UV Spectrophotometer and related instruments.
- Follow QMS, GLP and GDP practices.
- Perform analytical testing and documentation.
Production
- Maintain GMP documentation.
- Handle shop-floor activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP practices.
- Supervise production processes.
Packing
- Supervise packing operations.
- Allocate daily work to manpower.
- Monitor productivity.
- Prepare production and packing reports.
Store
- Manage material inward and dispensing activities.
- Maintain inventory records.
- Ensure QMS compliance.
Dispatch
- Coordinate finished goods dispatch.
- Prepare dispatch documentation.
- Ensure timely deliveries and GMP/GDP compliance.
