Associate Business Analyst

The Associate Business Analyst supports requirement gathering, problem definition, routine data analysis, and documentation while working within established business analysis frameworks and processes.

The role is part of Pharma Technical Development (PTD), which collaborates across Research & Development to transform scientific ideas into products, develop manufacturing processes and quality control systems, support the clinical pipeline, and develop drug delivery systems.

Responsibilities

Selected candidates will support the following activities:

• Assist with requirement gathering and clarification.
• Support senior Business Analysts in analyzing business problems.
• Contribute to problem definition and identifying potential root causes under guidance.
• Elicit, clarify, analyze, and map stakeholder requirements.
• Assist in identifying and presenting basic solutions.
• Prepare and maintain clearly documented requirements.
• Interact with agile team members working on IT solutions.
• Identify primary project team members and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with project updates and capture stakeholder feedback.
• Contribute to clarifying basic requirements for small, well-defined engagements.
• Support analysis and documentation of requirements for specific solution features or functionalities.
• Perform routine data analysis under guidance.
• Apply established business analysis principles, frameworks, standards, templates, and processes.
