Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Systems Management
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution.
- Maintain issue tracking logs and escalation updates.
- Support validation activities and documentation for system changes.
- Participate in vendor meetings and maintain action records.
2. Regulatory Data Management
- Maintain regulatory product and registration databases.
- Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies.
- Support onboarding of country-specific datasets.
- Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance processes.
3. Dashboard Development (Power BI / Tableau)
- Build and maintain Regulatory Affairs dashboards.
- Define metrics and reporting requirements.
- Conduct QA checks and dashboard refresh monitoring.
- Improve self-service reporting documentation.
4. AI & Automation Support
- Assist with AI experiments and automation proof-of-concepts.
- Support prompt testing and workflow automation initiatives.
- Evaluate experiment accuracy and improvement opportunities.
- Work on lightweight automation projects aligned with regulatory compliance.
