Work Schedule and Environment

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Team Lead, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading data management activities for studies of limited volume or complexity, with the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensuring seamless interdepartmental and client communication for efficient project execution.
- Applying study protocols to daily tasks and guiding team members accordingly.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the Project Lead, clients, and the data management team.
- Developing, maintaining, and reviewing project documentation to meet company and client standards.
- Conducting study-specific training for staff and preparing regular project status reports.
- Supporting business development efforts, including bid preparation and participation in bid defense meetings.
- Assisting with project forecasting, identifying resource needs, and presenting potential out-of-scope activities to management.
- Providing mentorship to junior staff and contributing to the administrative and financial management of assigned projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic qualification.
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in data management or a related field. A combination of education, training, and relevant experience may also be considered.
