A leading IT & consulting organization is hiring experienced Pharmacovigilance (PV) professionals with Veeva Vault Safety expertise. The role focuses on managing and optimizing Veeva Vault Safety systems to ensure global pharmacovigilance compliance and efficient safety data workflows.

Key Responsibilities โ PV Veeva Vault Safety Role
- Manage and maintain Veeva Vault Safety pharmacovigilance system
- Configure workflows for adverse event (AE) reporting and safety case processing
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines
- Generate periodic safety update reports (PSURs) and regulatory submissions
- Analyze pharmacovigilance safety data and identify risk trends
- Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and IT teams for system optimization
- Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
- Support continuous improvement of PV systems and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Pharmacovigilance
- Hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault Safety or similar PV systems
- Strong understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH)
- Experience in drug safety case processing and risk management
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
