Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Managing assigned mailboxes and performing inbox triage of client communications and adverse event reports.
- Conducting duplicate searches and completing initial case book-ins.
- Entering basic safety data, including patient information, suspect drugs, reporters, and adverse events in the Argus Safety Database.
- Supporting case processing activities and managing follow-up cases.
- Assisting in narrative writing and MedDRA coding activities.
- Supporting Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) management and regulatory compliance activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely adverse event reporting.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and following pharmacovigilance compliance standards.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

- A completed degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related healthcare discipline.
