The Executive – Production will oversee production operations to ensure efficient and compliant execution as per cGMP and GDP standards. The role includes resource readiness, BMR/ECR documentation, sampling, packing, dispatch activities, SOP adherence, equipment calibration and maintenance, and quality system support through deviations, CAPA, OOS/OOT, and change controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the availability and readiness of required resources such as raw materials and clean apparatus or equipment before production.
• Plan and execute production activities in compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines.
• Oversee labelling activities, BMR/ECR documentation, line clearance procedures, and area cleaning processes.
• Review and authorize work orders as required.
• Supervise in-process sampling, final material sampling, and packing activities.
• Report equipment breakdowns, deviations, or abnormal observations to departmental seniors promptly.
• Read, review, and ensure adherence to all relevant SOPs.
• Review BMR, ECR, and other production-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise equipment verification, calibration, and qualification activities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of critical instruments and equipment is completed.
• Oversee cleaning activities for equipment, instruments, and apparatus to maintain compliance.
• Supervise dispatch-related activities to ensure proper handling and documentation.
• Promote and maintain safety awareness and compliance within the production area.
• Ensure timely updates and reporting of in-process batch status and results.
• Maintain and support production quality through proper management of change controls, deviations, CAPA, OOS, OOT, and customer commitments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to plan and allocate resources effectively for smooth production execution and optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
• In the absence of the assigned employee, ensure the designated deputy assumes responsibility for the above duties.
