🔍 Current Openings
1. Case Processing – Pharmacovigilance
Experience: 2–4 years
Notice Period: Immediate or up to 30 days
CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
Work Mode: On-site (No WFH)
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform case triage, data entry, narrative writing, and medical coding in global safety databases.
- Assess seriousness, expectedness, and causality of adverse events.
- Ensure timely submission of cases to regulatory authorities.
- Review literature cases and support compliance with international PV standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to maintain data quality and regulatory timelines.
Mandatory Requirement: Experience with literature cases.
2. Medical Information Contact Center
Experience: 1–6 years
Shift: Night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Work Mode: On-site (No WFH)
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical queries from healthcare professionals and patients.
- Provide evidence-based, accurate drug information on safety, efficacy, and usage.
- Document and manage queries using a CRM system.
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and data protection regulations.
Positions Available: DSA-II, DSA-III, and Assistant Manager.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance processes, global regulations, and drug safety databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
