1. Phaco Development Apprentice
- Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and documentation for training programs
- Maintain participant databases and generate analytical reports
- Support SOP compliance and audit-ready documentation
- Assist in onsite training sessions and clinical visits
- Engage with participants and collect feedback for program improvement
2. Digital Health Apprentice
- Work on programming (Java, Python, C++, JavaScript)
- Apply data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
- Support database management and web development basics
- Contribute to projects, GitHub portfolios, and technical problem-solving
3. Learning & Training Apprentice
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and communication
- Maintain dashboards and track training participation
- Support learning campaigns, employee engagement, and reporting
- Assist in rewards and recognition programs
4. Commercial Excellence Apprentice
- Prepare sales reports and dashboards
- Support CRM tools like Salesforce
