🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Perform literature search and identify synthetic routes for APIs, intermediates, and RSMs
- Lead process development and optimization for yield improvement and cost reduction
- Design and execute DoE (Design of Experiments) for robust process development
- Conduct lab feasibility, optimization, pre-validation, and validation studies
- Support technology transfer to manufacturing scale (plant level)
- Troubleshoot scale-up challenges and process deviations
- Develop and characterize process-related impurities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety procedures
- Prepare scientific reports, protocols, and tech transfer documentation
- Manage lab operations, inventory, and equipment qualification
- Drive innovation projects in small molecule development
🎓 Qualifications Required
- PhD in Chemistry (Mandatory)
- Strong expertise in:
- Organic synthesis & reaction mechanisms
- API process development
- Analytical characterization techniques
- Knowledge of:
- cGMP guidelines
- Process validation and CPP

- Skills:
