💼 Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing activities within assigned territories.
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
- Promote ORO’s range of Pharma, Medical Devices, and Dental products.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.
- Report market feedback and competitor analysis to senior management.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, or MBA (Marketing / Healthcare).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within assigned regions.
- Passionate about healthcare and medical sales.
