Positions Available

1. Drug Safety Associate / Drug Safety Specialist

Experience: 1+ years in Pharmacovigilance

Key Requirement

• Hands-on experience in ICSR case processing is required.

2. MICC Quality Reviewer – PV

Experience: 4+ years
Preference: Immediate joiners

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of cases received by call handlers.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, proper categorization, and completeness in the LSMI database.
• Listen to recorded calls and review or correct case narratives for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to call handlers.
• Assign follow-up tasks to call and email handlers to obtain missing information.
• Support workload allocation and effective task distribution among team members.
• Handle and resolve escalated calls received by call handlers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and Pharmacovigilance requirements.

3. Mailbox Handlers

Experience: Minimum 2 years of PV industry experience
Requirement: Immediate joiners

Key Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of Pharmacovigilance principles, including EMEA, FDA, DCGI, and other regulatory agencies.
• Ability to multitask while meeting stringent regulatory requirements.

Eligibility & Experience

Immediate joiners are preferred for the MICC Quality Reviewer – PV position and required for the Mailbox Handler position.
